Spirals of chicken breast with mint & almond pesto ; with zucchini & carrots
4 slices chicken breast olive oil
garlic s & p
zucchini,carrots, red & green cabbage
pesto: 1/4 cup roasted almonds
1 shallot
large handfull mint
1/2 cup pecorino,or strong cheese
