Cheese & rosemary biscuits

These are very quick to make.I made them at the last minute to take to a friends dinner tonight.
1 cup wholemeal flower+1/2 cup white flower
1/2 tspn salt, 4 tbspns olive oil
1 large tspn raising pdr
1 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or other sharp cheese)
1 tbspn finely chopped fresh rosemary
water q.b.

Luca’s bone and shoulder pot roast pork

1,1/2 kilo pork roast on the bone-have the butcher cut the bone off and keep to cook with roast.
6 baby italian tomatoes
1 carrot cut in cubes, small stick of celery

500 gr mixed field greens (borrage, spinach, beets, chicory (should have a slightly bitter taste)

One pot cooking, Vegetable Khicheri

Vegetarian Khicheri, A simple Indian one pot recipe
From Satish Kumar
Serves 4
Olive oil
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
