Zebra striped cake

4 eggs
250gr sugar
250ml (1 cup) milk
250ml (1 cup) vegetable oil
300gr flour
vanilla pdr,3 tspn baking powder or 1 tspn baking soda
2 tablspns dutch dark cocoa powder

Pumpkin and zucchini Pie

Slices of yellow pumpkin,3 zuchini sliced lengthwise
mixture of breadcrumbs,grated parmesan,s & p

Palombo,hound fish in ‘guazzetto’

almond cake with mandarin juice

1 cup white flour, 1/2 cup almond flour
baking powder for 500gr weight
salt, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar,3 tbspns olive oil

Tiella of squid from Gaeta
