Apricot pudding

1 kg ripe apricots,
80gr butter
100gr mixed white and dark brown sugar
3 tbspn honey/or corn syrup
drops of rose water
130gr or more breadcrumbs roughly grated
Cream or vanilla icecream to serve on top
Remove the stones and halve the apricots. Melts the butter and sugar on the stove, add honey and rose water.

Zabaglione with Moscato d’Asti

6 egg yolks
220gr sugar
2 glasses Moscato d’Asti
juice of half lemon

chopped parsley
extra virgin olive oil
1/2 onion
