Walnut & coffee cake

1 Cup whole wheat  flour
cream of tartar for 500r
1 Cup brown/white sugar mixed
1/4 tsp fine salt, 3/4 cup olive oil, 4 eggs, separated

Rice & vegetable terrine pie

Make some cooked rice. I used Italian Arborio as it stays nice and firm. Cook together with frozen peas. When done, rinse under cold water.
