Chicken pieces with curry powder, onion and lemon relish.
10 pieces chicken (legs and thighs) skinned
1 whole organic lemon
2 tropea red onions
2 spoons curry powder (or make your own with a mixture of crushed turmeric, coriander, chillies, cumin, mustard, ginger, fenugreek, garlic, cloves)
2 pieces garlic

Sandy’s spinach, garlic and ricotta pasta
Had a late summer lunch by the pool in Tuscany and my friend Sandy’ from American brought the sauce and cooked the pasta on situ.
250/300gr raw spinach, preferably small leaves,
ricotta cheese
cream cheese
3 garlic cloves.
