You need to roast some pumpkin in the oven so I take advantage and add tomatoes,huge onions, and daykon.Sprinkle the pumpkin with rosemary and put some garlic pieces on the tomatoes and dribble everything with olive oil. Soba noodles & baby squid

500gr cleaned baby squid,cut into pieces
3 leaves kale with central stalk removed,cut into fine strips
thyme,garlic,rosemary,salt,olive oil,small glass white wine (optional)
1 peeled tomatoe cut into cubes,1 potatoe cut into cubes
Saute garlic with all ingredients except squid in olive oil for two or three minutes, add squid and stir for two minutes,add a small glass of wine [...]

Squid with peas and beets.

For 4:
600gr cleaned small squids
Frozen peas
4 skinned medium tomatoes
olive oil, s & p, small onion
75 gr green beets, soya sauce
small glass of white wine
Peel and sauté a small onion in olive oil for about 5′, add the tomatoes quartered and cook further 5′, add the squid and turn alltogether and cook for a further 2 [...]

400gr porcini mushrooms.
garlic, chopped parsley,half a de-seeded green fresh chilli
Virgin olive oil,s & p,grated parmesan cheese (optional)
