Ragu for lasagnia
My nephew had a birthday and his favourite is lasagnia. I hadn’t made it since living in Tuscany but my memory didn’t fail me.
Ragu for lasagna:
600 gr mixed beef and pork meat ground twice.
Bottle of tomatoe puré (preferably organic)
Bay leaf, s & p

8 boiled and peeled potatoes
1 chopped green fresh chilli (in Rome you can buy them at the Trionfale Market)

150ml honey
200 ml brown sugar
cinnemon,ground cardemon,ground ginger,ground cloves,pinch salt,ground black pepper
200gr butter,2 egg,100gr ground almonds
700 ml self raising flour
