Went to a birthday party at the most amazing place in Rome. Once a chocolate factory, survived the bombings during the second world war and now become a multi functional restaurant, chocolate shop and a place where you can have a glass of wine with sweet and salty delights.

Salmon with lemon grass

Chop half a fresh chilli, some baby fennel with leaves, lemon grass
garlic and sauté in some olive oil

Add salmon cutlet and turn twice until cooked, adding a small glass

Turkey meatballs & beans in tomatoe

400 gr minced turkey breast,lemon juice
s & p, mix of parsley,shallot,red fresh chilli,fennel leaves
Makes 5 quite large balls;  make them smaller if you like.
Heat 2 tbspns olive oil and sauté the herbs.
s & p the meat and form shapes slightly flat and turn in the
