Extra Virgin OLIVE OIL TASTING

Whoever thought that Olive oil tasting could be a new experience. Like wine, virgin olive oil has distinct flavours and smells of the territory of origin. Italy, having her head in central Europe, her feet in the Mediterranean and her belly somewhere in between, is blessed with a varied climate. Volcanic rock, marine salt, truffles and mushrooms, herbs & spices, fruit and vegetables all join in with the help of father Sun to create many different flavours of olive oils.

Come and lean to discover these tastes with Luca, a Professional Olive Oil Sommelier from O.N.A.O.O (Imperia). He will give you two hours of knowledge and fun, ending with a small brunch with homemade bread, steamed vegetables and green salads using the tasted oils. All in a private home on the terrace, in the summer and inside in winter.  Easy to find in the centre off Rome. We meet you to bring you to the home-school from 12.30 to 14.00.
